tried the one above it planner something and seems to have sorted it with no loss of programs :thup: thanks for the menu shortcut though

i think the USB is there so you can transfer programs you record on Sky+ to your pc/laptop as long as you have the valid DRM then you should be able to record them to disk or view them on your pc/laptop

This happened to me a while back, basically there was a 'ghost' recording constantly going on, so whenever I was trying to record more than one it ****ed up.
Called Sky and they had to fix it from their end, unfortunately lost everything that was saved, hey ho.
