Eh? There would still be family sections for the kiddies.

Bring back standing. The atmosphere is so much better. </BLOCKQUOTE>
I sit at a family section at Parkhead and there is always drunk season ticket holders who stand up anyway but none the less, it'd help if there was a standing section, a seating section and a family seating section.

I say let the fans stand but nail them to the terraces.

doesn't work because some people prefer sitting - and so cannot see anything when people in front f them then stand.
espewcially the nobs who seem to pay for a season ticket, roll up lind drunk and then stand for the entire match, not watching at all, just goading the opposition.

na - keep everyone in a section either seating or standing. </BLOCKQUOTE>

Right so you basically misunderstood my post there. Well done. </BLOCKQUOTE>

people standing in front of you, preventing you from watching the match, actually REMOVE your own choice as to whether or not to stand - if you want to watch, you are forced to stand if someone is standing in front of you.

so ****wit - guess you didn't even get your own post.

Might be a bit of a headache with the sectioning off at some stadiums but I reckon it could work.
At Mordor, I mean Ibrox there wouldn't be much space in the standing bit you are all so fat!

Just kidding mate, just winding you up before the big Old Firm on Saturday

what about T2? </BLOCKQUOTE>

A little at a time, BBB.

Why can't the light grey blocks be allowed to stand?
As long as the views of the people behind aren't blocked, what's the problem? </BLOCKQUOTE>

indeed, we can but dream

Oh, and last season I punched the guy behind me in the face when I jumped up after a goal. Now that wouldn't of happened if I was standing would it?

Okay the thread is about introducing safe standing areas into stadiums. I say that it should be done as fans should be given the choice of whether they want to stand or sit when at the stadium.

You come blundering in blabbering on about people having their view blocked.

Now try to grasp the quite simple fact that you choose to stand at the stadium in the standing section & so everybody else will be standing. This means nobodies view is blocked. Same applies if you choose to sit in the seating section (only everyone is sitting obviously).

This is the part where you're sat there realising what a fool you have been desperately trying to think of a witty comeback you can post.
