I realise its a marketing tool but i also think it adds leongevity to games as well some games used to have 100% completion where you could view your stats etc.. e.g. tiger woods. This idea basically gives games that don't have this targets for you to reach.
But thats not my point, in fact i'm not trying to make a point i was just wondering if anyone had any or knew of any other games that were easy to complete for the points. My score is disgracefully low because i started using a seperate profile for my xbox live account and i want to catch my mate up he's got about a 9,000 pts head start on me.

Xbox 360 Achievements - easy games = easy points Post #6
Fusion Frenzy 2 is apparently insanely easy to get points on, although it's an extremely annoyingly poor game.
If you want a GOOD game which will basically give you all its points if you just play it through to the end, play Call Of Duty 2 on Veteran. If I remember correctly, that'll get you all of the achievements by the end (they're all "complete level 1", "complete level 2" etc)

And to contribute to the main argument: yeah, I don't really care about competing with other people's overall scores. You get to a point where if you have a certain score, you obviously spend far too much time playing games, or you're a damn dirty cheat.
It's much more rewarding to compare individual achievements/games though - e.g. most people on my friends list are playing Halo 3 right now, and I like keeping track of who's achieved what. And on Rainbow Six, it really irks me that one of my mates has completed it on Realistic and I haven't, so I'll probably go back and do that again at some point - so achievements are pretty great for game longevity.
