As I've rented all the games I want to, theres no more games that I want to rent, so I went to cancel my LoveFilm account and It says I have to phone this number! WHY?

My girlfriends like that. She got scared when someone from telewest phoned her, instead of saying she was moving out to the guy so didn't want to upgrade she asked him to call later and has since been screening her calls. They phone once a day and it's been 3 weeks.
