Had a debt collection agency asking for £60 for three DVD's from LoveFilm that I hadnt recieved due to never actually having an account with them. :thup:

They used to have an awesome FastTrak feature which allowed you a certain number of occasions a month (3 I think) when you could specify exactly which disc from your list you wanted, and they sent you that one. None of this prioritising, they'd actually send you a specific disc. Wasn't available on all the uber-brand-new releases, but it was still an excellent option.

They ditched it a while back though...

LF are pretty good, can get a bit annoying if you have a quick turnaround as they deliberately slow it up on their end if you 'rent too many'; but I'd certainly recommend them.
