Default BBC News - I give up

The other day there was "breaking news".
It was an announcement about Natasha Kaplinsky leaving the BBC. What a load of self-absorbed bollox.

I can't stand the Breakfast TV programme anymore. The journalism is sensationalist and lazy.

Anyone else hate BBC news?

Yes. Charlie Brooker summed it up pretty well last week. Can't remember what the breaking news was highlighted on the show.

That was awesome.

There was a clip when the news that Harold Pinter had won the Nobel Prize for Literature, and the woman misheard her earpiece and annouced that he had died.

Yeah she didn’t even try to correct herself either. Was something like Harold Pinter…..has just died….awarded the nobel prize……
