Didn't get the clown thing at all. And most presenters wear tons of make-up, so I wasn't sure what that meant either really. But as I said, I tend to get a bit baffled by your posts anyway

No-one does the news better than the Beeb. No-one. However I reserve that comment for daytime and evening news. I'm never up early enough to watch breakie news.
The Breakfast programme in the morning is just plain dross, still not as bad as the celebrity loving GMTV though, watching it just makes me want to cringe sometimes.
I prefer to watch Sky News for my news coverage and then watck BBC Look East for the local stuff.
