I would have said Cusack was best in Being John Malkovic, closely followed by Grosse Point Blanc.

Most of those films are 'classics' but St. Elmo's Fire is absolute phish.

I liked the Breakfast club. At the start of the film the language and characters can seem a bit cringeworthy and dated. But then I settle into the film.

I liked Ferris Buellar day out. It is well made with Cameron as a secondary character yet he is a big part of the movie. It is a fun movie.


John Hughes made the Home Alone movies which is fairly respectable. But then I think he went on to Baby's day out which seems like a worse version of home alone.

I watched Breakfast club the other week and wanted to shout at Fender to listen to the teacher and sort himself out.
He'd just end up of the scrap heap of life otherwise.
