It's true, looking at the list it refers to councils and Islington council ain't all Georgian townhouses and gastropubs.
But that only goes to show how ridiculous the survey is where London is concerned. All councils have areas with high crime, low crime, good transport, bad transport etc.

Bit harsh to include it though in that list since the extremes must cancel each other out. The family freinds i know certainly wouldnt call it a dump in their 4 story georgian town house in one of the squares in the back roads
