Started to get a little bit of man flu yesterday and had a sneezing fit, im one of those people who try and block most of the sneez in so not to make a huge noise. Anyway sneezed and crack my back clicked and im in agony.
Went to the docs this morning about something else i had an appointment about and had the doc have a look, and he said its somethng muscular and given me relaxants
Anyone else have this problem of sneezing and cracking their back? It 'urts
My back's always getting messed up. Apparently from doing a lot of sports when I was younger and not stretching, so my hamstring gets really tight and inflexible.
Had it quite bad from snowboarding last winter, and last few days as well, although not sure why. Never had it from sneezing, but that does aggravate things.
Went to physio a couple of years ago and she gave me some exercises to do to strengthen a muscle inside there, and also to stretch out my hamstring and increase flexibility. These really help sort out the problem so maybe you can go and check one of them out.

Got most of it done but not rushing because my girlfriend's not defending hers until March or April. Also writing a book chapter and just trying to generally improve what I'm currently working on before I finalize the thesis.
yeah don't it a few times, also pulled my neck muscles with same thing both due to what you did
suppressing the noise as i sneeze very loudly, apparently due to having 'impressively sized lungs'-prob why i can hold my breath for quite a bit
Im sure I remember a few years ago there was a mountaineerer (sp) who was at base camp on Everest and was making chapatis (sp). The flour for them is extremely fine and he accidentally got some up his nose, sneezed and did in his back and had to be air lifted from the mountain at great expense.
