I'm trying to think of anything that's specifically Hampshire.
I suppose we have good Venison - from the New Forest - but it's not something that finds it way onto my menu!

| Aunt Bessie can kiss my arse. I made the most devine Yorkshire Puddings myself on Sunday... best I've ever tasted.
But even my less than best is better than Aunt Bessie.
I'll get off my self-congratulatory soap box now.

I love beans and feijoada.
Rice and beans is great too.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but tatties is literally mashed potato isn't it? Scones are hardly a Scottish thing, nor is black pudding. Which part of the country didn't serve any of these?
I'll give you haggis though. Offal served in an offal bag. I won't be eating that when I go to Edinburgh. | proper haggis served by someone who knows what he's doing is incredible. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Mr Daaaaaaaave is correct, Retro is very wrong about haggis

So what if you are eating both resembles and is a sheep's stomach, once it tastes good?
Don't judge a book by its cover, etc.
