I didn't go to jail but had handcuffs (sp?) on for a few minutes in the states for trying to make a joke...
I was in a bar wasted and started a beer fight with my friend, the bouncers kicked us out obviously but here comes my bad luck. As I'm being litterally thrown out of the bar a female cop walks by and I stumble and fall on her. She starts yelling at me that I'm intoxicated in a public place and that she's gonna put me in jail for it to which I respond that I'm foreign and that in my country we still don't have teleportation technology so obviously I have to be intoxicated in a public place between the bar and my house... she got ****ed off threw me on a van parked in front of the bar and lifts my arm up behind my back super high (my shoulder hurt for about 2 weeks) and puts handcuffs on me and starts telling me that I'm gonna spend a night in jail and be late for work the next day when my designated driver friend comes out of the bar, calms her down by telling her that he's gonna take me home... she eventually let me go but got pretty scared for a minute when I started to think about explaining my boss that I wasn't at work because I was in jail...
