Im listening to the new JEW record aswell Ian.
Thought I wouldn't like before I started to listen, as their last was such a disappointment to my ears. I think im really enjoying this one though and I don't know if that's a good thing atm.

| Yup - pretty much. There's so much old stuff out there, that it's not just restricted to factories, etc. The intention is just to go and have a look, not to steal anything. More to record through reports/photos - particularly useful if said building is to be redeveloped. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Had a look at that 28 days later forum, it's quite good. What's the most interesting or surprising thing you've seen?

Pottering about online generally, dealing with emails and such, just finished listening to The Dykeenies before I log off & go and watch a DVD while I fall asleep.
Just had some Cornflakes and very chilled milk - so good

I remembered about 15 minutes ago that I've got a theory test tomorrow. Cue cramming for it.

| Have seen a couple of good things today. One which I'm not going to speak about yet, because another visit is gonna be required. The other one was what we reckon is an old submarine base from WWII at the Port of Blyth. There was such a thing back then, and one of the lads thinks he's found the location for it. Access could be very tricky, if not impossible given it's location.
It's a really cool thing to get into, because there is so much around you which goes pretty much un-noticed. There's some really fascinating stuff in Newcastle - for example the Victoria Tunnel which runs for about 2 miles underneath Newcastle City Centre. Never been done into it, but I'd love to have a look some time. Have a look for that thread, as it's a cracker.
Some lads on the site are into the more dangerous stuff - drains/sewers and high cranes, etc. Each to their own of course.
