No. Once when discussing phobias with a mate, he said he had a phobia "of being punched in the face". Similarly, he had one of being shot in the head...because his uncle had killed himself doing so.

When I say glass, I meant pint/wine glasses. I thought she was joking when she first told me, so of course next time we were out went at her with about six empty glasses... she cacked herself and legged it

I got awarded £15k for losing almost all the sight in my left eye after being attacked by a group of guys when I was 13.

Long story.
Was off duty but went through from the house to say hello to a few people, the relief asked me if id give him a hand as there were people drinking outside with kids and it was nearing the 9pm deadline for kids to leave, i went out with another member of staff at 9.05pm and nicely asked them if they would see their drinks off and that we didnt allow children on the grounds after 9pm.

One who was with the group got all mouthy, and another put his glass down and went for me with his bonce. Caught me above my eye wasnt anything mayor a titny bump for me and a split head for him, was broken up right away before i did anythiong by regulars and staff and he left with his kids right away before police came.

His mate the gobby one that started it continued being a pain in the rear and then went for me so 2 members of staff and myself restrained him till police arrived and took him away.

The police caught up with the lad who nutted me a few weeks after (they took a statemewnt from me right off and i told them i wanted to prosecute, it was also on cctv) and he pleaded guilty in court.

Was given 4 months suspended for 12.

100 hours unpaid community service

and a 12 month supervision order what ever one of those are.

+ compo and court costs.

I didnt know anything about it till the witness aid scheme contacted me to tell me he had pled guilty and after he was sentanced they then rang again and told me of the comp.

Then Court services wrote me telling me about it, the compo and payments etc etc.
