The big bird on 5live earlier said it was down to all of us. She said her yo-yo ing weight was down to societal pressure.

When asked about how she became fat in the first place she said it was down to how kids are brought up. Its all our fault.

That's a bit crap. Fat people (myself included) are fat for two reasons. Either they eat too much or don't exercise enough. There are occasional problems, hyperthyroids and stuff, which maybe can be excepted but generally if you eat healthily and exercise somewhat you'll be not so tubby.

Where is the pressure to be fat, for feck's sake? Are the kids around behind the bike sheds in school guzzling down cokes and stuffing pizzas down their gobs? This kind of thing annoys me so much.

Some people are naturally big - My best mate for example, eats less than me and excersises around the same but is still quite big compared too me who eats much more than him and excersizes around the same as me. Each individual is different.
