scouse accent is superb and i'm proud to speak in it, although mine isn't strong really because i have an edumacation.
i don't really mind any accent, they all can sound ok in the right context. apart from that ridiculous fake jamaican nonsense you find white and asian kids speaking in inner city london. that can get directly to ****.

As for accents, when it comes to Portuguese langauge I like the Minas Gerais and the Rio Grande do Sul ones. Accents from São Paulo's countryside are pretty annoying sometimes.
When it comes to English, I like the accents from Texas, Southern US and to a lesser extent Ireland too.
| Carioca accent ifb, even though everybody outside Rio de Janeiro seems to loathe it. Must be some form of inferiority complex
As for Texan and Southern US accents, WTF? easily the most annoying US accents you could have picked. NY accents are fun, but not when overdone.

I place Scouse, Welsh, Brum, Essex and West Country firmly under the "comedy accent" category.

I quite like the Australian accent as well tbh. My brothers cricket team had an Aussie over to play for them for the summer, and my bro became really good mates with him so I heard it alot, and it's pretty good. As are some of the words they say |
