Had a decent game on Fm 05, 06 never got more than a season done and same with 07. 08 i've downloaded the demo but seems to be a stinking turd so don't think i'll buy it this year.

Played all regularly up until FM08 which I've decided not to. The fact that I'm at uni now and have less time is probably the main factor however the fact that it's pretty much FM07 with a worse skin also helped matters. Do unofficial data updates get done for FM07 even after FM08 release? I doubt it.

Hoping to get into a good game on FM 08 quicker than FM 07. Played a game on 06 from the start, once the first patch came out (release day I think), but didn't properly get into 07 until February/March.

I had a decent crack at fm07 after not really getting into 05 or 06, but I haven't been impressed at all with 08 from what I've seen so far. my first impression has been that si have spent more time on superficial improvements/changes than fixing actual gameplay issues
