Yeah I checked that and they said unfortunatly it has to be unopened. So that was a bugger!
And thanks Rcjuk. Yeah used to be Big Eric and then one christmas it was changed to Big fat Sanata

And anyway, back on topic. Anyone able to suggest anything. Someone on another forum said about buying a D-Link router as this will solve everthing but I'm not sure thats the case.
