Please post in a sensible fashion. We do not want to have to review collective contributions made by individuals and decide that it's better for the community and these forums for those individuals to no longer be involved, we want everybody to post here and not have to be subjected to ridicule, sarcastic or insensitive comments.

We want this place to be an enjoyable, interesting and fun place to visit and we need all of you to help us achieve that. Going forward, we'll be taking this very seriously and have already posted comments on how feel feel about the atmosphere created around here.

For further reading and if you wish to share you own thoughts, constructively, then feel free to pop in the following thread (if you haven't done so already):-

Last year he threatened to commit suicide.

Only the two managers at work knew about it.

I am in two minds about whether that's the most constructive or most pointless warning ever

Shocking behaviour. Find out who it was and
a)Report him
b)Get him outside of work

A probably more sensible tbh.

Go to HR, at least someone above the managers. Try and get picture evidence of it as well, just in case the case goes on and/or whoever did it tries to erase it.

As for dave, why does he bother?

One month warning. Pretty lame. Are the mods also on the disciplinary board of the FA?
