Instead of asking clubs for trials, try and get in your district team. I got in mine, we got to the final and there were scouts from United, Liverpool, Blackburn etc. The whole team got a trial at Oldham aswell, our team vs their youth team. We beat them about 4-0 and they only took on one or two players |

living in cumbria you could go to carlisle other than that there are slim pickings but i would send the letters off to a range of clubs to see their reaction (if you get a trial) and gauge where you should be aiming from there

| If you think you have the ability then e-mail League 1 or 2 clubs. Maybe you should also try Conference as well.
If you are really good please e-mail Luton as they don't have many good young players at the minute.

Are you easily the best in your team? (assuming your team is good).
If you're not then don't bother.

Maybe you could get someone to video record you playing on occasions.
I know that Hosain Kaebi was signed for Leicester after seeing videos of him.
Not sure if it would work, can't see any reason why it wouldn't.
