What? Greyhounds are not Chihuahuas ffs, it takes a nasty accident to break a leg.

Que? So a lab is less likely to break an owners leg than a greyhound?

He said he would be worried about breaking the dogs leg, you say hes unlikely to do so, I agree and say there is more chance of dog breaking a persons leg, at least this is true with labs, I say this as I've not got a lot of expeirence with greyhounds so dont know if they are as daft and solid as labs.

I've heard they're one of the best dogs for pets as they basically lie around for 23 hours a day and only need a short burst of exercise. Only problem is I just don't like the look of them, I like my dogs with a hairy coat and something you can wrestle with without being afraid you'll break it's leg.
| You are not going to break its leg unless you do something really stupid ffs. The lack of coat is a problem though, get a Wolfhound or Afghan or something of the sort then. </BLOCKQUOTE>
I didn't mean it literally, they just look fragile is all I was getting at.
I like all dogs though, border collies are great, golden retrievers, leonbergers, beagles, yorkies, pekingese everything.

| Their legs are more breakable than a 'big-boned' breed like a lab, but it still shouldn't break without a lot of force.

I just know the damage a lab could do, two weeks laid up with after doing my knee in after being knocked over by two labs, the third one I was walking did avoid me.
