Smoke a J as soon as I wake up (usually the one I couldn't finish from the night before cuz I passed out) and then have a pint.
If it's a working day I'll just have a bacon egg & cheese sandwich with a red bull followed by coffee and a ciguarette.

Usually find that when I'm hungover I just want to drink orange juice and not eat anything til late afternoon. I mean, obviously I wouldn't say no if someone offered me a pub lunch or a fryup or something, but I usually find that not eating anything works pretty well.
