Just have a load of water before bed

Never get a headache the next day then. Always feel a little weaker then normal the day after though

Love just crashing out half way through the day on a Sunday though :thup: it's the sundays when i have commitments i don't like

jam doughnuts and as much ribena as you can take. sugar and vitamin C always works for me.

I don't get hangovers, becasue I don't get drunk, but if I did I'd down an ice cold can or two or irn bru then help myself to a cooked breakfast.

no ritual but as much water as possible, maybe some tablets and get some food in you and then moan and groan a bit

Macdonlads; 1/4 pounder meal with coke and six nuggets. Feel worse after but it seems so right at the time.
