I always drink a cup of tea when I get in home before I go to sleep, it's weird but it seems something I do automatically.
I usual end up going down the supermarket to buy many ingredients for what seems in my head, will be the best meal the world has ever seen. Cue going back home, making half of the meal and falling asleep infront of the TV.

When you get in before you go to sleep drink a pint of water with a couple of paracetamols, that sometimes stops a hangover in the morning.
| I always have a pint of water but wouldn't paracetamols be a bad idea?
