Loads of quality sides playing football actually equals interest to some football fans.

I'll still watch it as I'm a football fan, not a glory hunting England fan.
utter drivel. i will still watch but it wont be as good because the team i support will not be there. anyone claiming they enjoy football as much when the team they support is not there is an idiot.

and as for glory hunting, explain that to me please since we havent won anything for over 40 years, ffs

haha. I have never enjoyed an Arsenal vs Man Utd match. Every single one I have watched in history just made me think 'Meh' tbh.

That's fair enough. But a big part of football for me is the passion which you lose a lot of if 'your' team isn't involved.

Irrelevant if the football's great. England are utterly drab to watch, hopefully htey won't qualify.

Not for me tbh. I can honestly say I'll watch any game of football. I learn something new everytime I watch a game of football.

Obviously it's different if your team is playing, but I still enjoy watching as a neutral.

thats a ridiculous statement how can the fact that a team isnt there increase your interest, utter drivel </BLOCKQUOTE>

England not being there will increase my interest as it means that we will get half time analysis at half time, not what did Steven Gerrard have for breakfast? We won't have the inevitable comparisons of every team to England and we won't have the whole bullshit surrounding it from people convincing themselves that England actually have the quality to win the tournament.

hth. </BLOCKQUOTE>

basing your enjoyment of football on halftime analysis, thats a new one KUTGW

and as for convincing ourselves england will win, its what football is about. ffs, most people know we wont but there is no point watching unless you think you can win.

still couldnt resist a dig at gerrard could you you sad chelsea twat
