Dudley, Poole and St. Helens are the biggest with no team of note aren't they?

Otherwise you could pick somewhere wild like Penzance or Whitehaven.

Actually the Isle of Man would be fb. I might do that myself, in 01/02 though ofc

Dudley Town are alive and well and playing in the West Midlands Regional League

Poole Town are still going and playing in the Wessex League

St Helens Town play in the North West Counties League and actually share Knowsley Road with the Rugby League side.

Bridport in Dorset? the parish has 10k+ people and the team they do have is a couple of levels above most pub sides.

Redcar - cant remeber population, pushing 60k i think tho, Well just checked 2001 census and that was 130k for redcar/cleveland area.
