France, Italy, Spain, Holland, Portugal and Scotland were quite popular the last time I checked
When exclusive licenses are held for many years by someone else then there isn't anything we can do about that bar wait and see if we can get them. Even then, if they did an exclusive deal before it's likely to happen again.
