Cant find a screenie now, but i think Welsh should be in there, because there really minor political units are included. Not that the Welsh are minor. I think if i can play Niederbayern, you should be able to play the Welsh.

I hope it's more than an expansion pack. Hopefully something like Vicky Revolutions that also tweaks the way the game is played.

This is cheaper, but i don't know whether you want to wait 2-4 weeks, and if you're not getting anything else at the same time there are delivery charges on top as well.
