Listen don't start the old "what are you on about?", "stop talking ****" crap with me. The only person you need to convince in our discussion is ME, and that nonsense doesn't work on me. I don't care whether you convince the rest of OTF that you're right or not.

My point is relatively clear - or at least I thought so. Schemes in general are provided to help sections of society - those sections are determined by a variety of factors, race is one. This scheme is there to help a section of society who through their specific circumstances find it hard to find work. In essence it's not any different to schemes that help other specific social groups.

I am so not going to go round in circles while you pick on one aspect of my posts that you can find an angle on, and ignore the rest. I've done it too many times and this subject isn't interesting enough for me to persevere with in that way.
