diesel jeans are fb in terms of quality and fit, but are a bit pricey.

You'll have to go to one of those specialist shops to get them made especially for a chap your size.
Or, Madhouse  for a decent cheap pair, or, here's an idea, go shopping and have a look around |

Primark - cost about £8 (or £10 if you want trendy looking ones  ). They have lasted me a couple of years. Really good value for everyday jeans.
