I got hit from behind when in California (I mean, my car did, easy now). My rental was a write-off, but because I saw it coming I assumed the position and didn't come to any harm whatsoever.
People later called me a fool for not suing the heck out of the guy who hit me. Disgusting attitude tbh :thdn:
