I'm worried about my eyesight It's basically getting worse. I think spending the whole day staring at screens doesn't help. I probably spend too much of my leisure time staring at screens as well, TV and Internet fairly dominant in the evening if I'm not at the pub.

Didn't get up until 3:45 pm today so will probably be up for a while.
