England rugby players making this England football team look even more pathetic.
The fact they have nothing to do with each other passes you by how? </BLOCKQUOTE>
Apart from being professional sportsmen from the same country. England rugby players written off, not playing well, come together and battle to get results and get to a World Cup Final despite being 8th favourite out of a tournament of 16
Footballers, overpaid, prima donnas, adding to my continuing despair at the sport in general who give up when any kind of adversity comes there way. Go into every tournament with high hopes yet ALWAYS fail. Gets boring.
Might as well be Plastic Pitch 2-1 England today. Gaf about the pitch and just play the game you're overpaid to do.
And that's only my opinion. The passion showed by England's rugby players inspires me. The footballers, well I offered to stay and man the office this afternoon cos I really couldn't be arsed to watch, what I knew would be a lacklustre performance and probably end in disappointment AGAIN. </BLOCKQUOTE>
could you possibly have crammed more cliched crap into one post????

So im the only person that saw the pass and made a comment on it? You aren't taking it further because you know Crouch would have done none of those things.
Eh? I just said he would have done
The fact you are on the Crouch and Lampard bandwagon within five minutes of them coming on means it's pointless. </BLOCKQUOTE>
I was on the Crouch 'bandwagon' 5minutes before he came on tbh. His introduction meant we were just going to hoof it. Hes a half decent player when we don't just hoof the ball to him, so like i said ,as a target man, the 3 big defenders would have done a better job imo.

No single player's fault ofc. Robinson not good enough for Spurs currently, so shouldn't be number one, Stevie shold have scored, Wayne shouldn't have been back there etc etc etc etc etc.
End of the day, we scored then sat back. Tactics pish, ability to hold and pass the ball effectively pish, therefore we lose.
