Russua with more possesion, as the home team would have, with little penetration. Second goal would be nice though, to neutralise the Robinson factor.

Herman exactly right, Russia the better side without really looking like doing anything.

Wtf was gojng on in the last 2 minutes of the half though, Lescott moving into the centre leaving their winger a free cross on about 3 occasions.

Lescott has had crap/late cover from Joe Cole tbh, he has been exposed on numerous occasions thanks to cole being caught up field/15 yards off his man.

Have to say, Rooney's goal was immense.

Gerrard completely annoymous. Says something when the best thing he did all half was get out of the way of a ball.
