Chelsea agreed terms for Belleti from Barcelona but is he really up to the standerds or is he going to be another Boularouhz?

Tell me what you think or is this a back up for alves who could come soon?

i dont know much about him so i dont know, all i do know he is 31 and has got a few good years in him, i would think of him a cover for alves... if alves does come to chelsea.
