Many years ago when I was learning to drive, my driving instructor would set me a question to answer after our lesson and then ask me for it on the next lesson.

Funnily enough, the question was, "What order do the lights go on/off in on traffic lights?"

Thinking it was easy and not intending to check as I beleived that it was:

Red > Amber > Green > Amber > Red

Walking through town, I happened to notice the traffic lights and to my surprise, it was:

Red > Red & Amber > Green > Amber > Red.

So there you go.

In Adelaide it's Green -> Amber -> Red -> Green. Didn't realise it was different anywhere else.

oh don't talk crap. if you went through the red light it means it would have been on amber plenty long enough for you to stop safely, unless you were going at some ridiculous speed

Depends on the disability iirc, but yes, I've seen 'em like that. They were all the rage when I was a lad.

Not sure how Fred's special needs one is modified though, other than a bucket to catch the dribble...

As far as i'm aware, you can legally go through a red if you don't have a chance to safely slow down and stop for it. As it was green as you approached, then turned amber once too close, you're fine.

As for the first one, touch and go. Appeal it, the camera will show the bus blocked your view, you might get away with it on the basis you had to reason to beleive it was red.
