let me guess, coming down the A41 going towards the magic roundabout? i do that road every morning and its a nightmare, it is very steep (it has an escape lane ffs) and i agree with blink that sometimes, with how steep it is, you just can't stop in time

yes i understand that, however the law states that you may drive upto the speed limit. I am completely aware that i am in the wrong, however i maintain that i was doing a safe, and legal speed.
