afaik the basic thinking is that there are differences but they're not really important as the differences within races are so much larger than the differences between races.

this guy is saying stuff like "He said there was a natural desire that all human beings should be equal but "people who have to deal with black employees find this not true"." which sounds prejudiced rather than scientific
