Nothing yet.

Will either end up being some leftover irish stew, or possibly some of the hummus that is in the fridge with the organic sourdough that arrived today if I really can't be arsed.

I've never really understood the phrase 'pan-fried'. Why not just say fried? It's one of those phrases that crap gastropubs use to make something sound better than it actually is. Or is it to stop some fool assuming that you actually deep fried a piece of salmon in batter or something?
