To cut a long story short, we're moving over to a new computer system at work and are having 5 hours of training to get used to it. 2 of those 5 hours inclde touch typing practise. They want us to firstly be able to touch type (which im not good at) but also acheive 30 words per minute and an accuracy of 98%
Now the 30wpm doesnt seem too bad, but the 98% accuracy ontop of that i was thinking ' '
Off to practise anyway but does that seem a little steep?
Best way to do it is achieve a speed greater than 30wpm, quite easy really that way it gives you the time to correct mistakes & still be working at same speed.
Easiest data entry job i've seen though really, usually asking for 50wpm upwards.
