Shepherd's Pie, made with left of Spag Bol and grated parmesan on the mash to Italian it up a bit more.
Washed down with Mango juice and a couple of bifters.

I cooked a fb roast last night. wasn't bad considering I'm a rubbish beginner cook.


I have to cook tonight too but I'm low on stuff. in a kind of otf 'cant cook wont cook' style, can anyone give me some inspiration. all I have is some beef mince and then your general stuff stashed about a student house. go!

and what do people consider the best batter for toad-in-the-hole? tried some various things but not content yet.

i had a burger bonanza & chips from my local 3 in 1 its ace! basically a cheeseburger with kebab meat salad & sauce ( drool )

Tonight I am having the rest of the cajun, reheated (microwave \o/) as I only just got in and want a nice easy relaxing hour before I start watching a full night's tv.
