Ask her out on a date then ask her out, if she says no and the friendship doesnt recover it wasnt worth it in the first place.

If you dont ask she will probably get another BF and you will be left gutted for the missed opportunity as you clearly fancy her

She's in a middle of breaking up with her current one. I think it's best to wait till it's done and then I will somehow ask her.

She's using you, she thinks you'll always be there for her no matter how she treats you and as soon as another boys shows an interets she'll be off. Start decling some offers too go out and stuff, just to show her you wont drop everything when she clicks her fingers.
