I was reading something earlier that said you should drink around 8 glasses of water a day to keep the body hydrated. Obviously coffee and soda don't count but if you take away coffee then I really dont drink much let alone 8 glasses of water.
I used to drink laods, then I started drinking fizzy drinks all the time. But the past 3 months or so I drink it regularly through the afternoon (about 5 cup fulls from the water cooler, however much that is)

i have about 6 - 8 pints a day. sounds weird to think that some days i drink a gallon of water. it's partly out of habit but i'm sure it's great for me in a variety of ways.
I go through patches of drinking water, then other patches of drinking anything but. Don't consciously aim to drink 2 litres a day, but occasionally I guess I manage it.
