I drink waaaaaay more water and waaaaay more coffee than most.

I also go the gents more than most.

and btw, the suggestion that coffee dehydrates is a myth.

The slight dehydrating effect is more than counterbalanced by the amount of liquid you take in in a cup of coffee.

How many pints are there in a ltr?

i have about 2 pints a day, usually one with my tea and one before i go sleep. Love water

On the side of my packet of teabags it says tea DOES count towards your daily water consumption xsmug.

I only ever drink tea and lemon fanta

water is something I drink after playing sports, which I dont get to do as much anymore
