I used to drink nothing but Cola and coffee, now for the last year I drink almost nothing but water.

Don't feel any better mind.

I love water, try and drink a lot during the day. Always have a pint of water when I eat my evening meals.

I drink a fair amount of tea too, which depending on what you read, is either good or bad for you.

Can't be a great deal wrong with pure water for you though :thup:

why does this thread always come up? We have it at least once every 6 months, I just don't see its appeal.

If tea is bad, can't see it being worse than coffee. Sadly, I love coffee.

I have loads of it, mainly because I can usually get people to get it for me, whereas they usually tend to tell me where to go if I ask them to make tea or coffee.

I'm lazy you see, but I drink alot of water so it's ok.
