the 2 litre thing is a myth, was on a programme not long ago which did a study on 2 identical twins and water consumption, we get most of our needed water from the food we eat so 2 litres of actual water is not needed (as in you don't need that much not that you dont need any)

I only ever drink water, beer, wine and tea. never drink 'fizzy', soft, soda drinks or whatever they're called.

drink water all day. if you are tired in the afternoon, usually it is b/c you are thirsty. i drink more than 8 glasses.
and, two cups of tea.

I held the record for most detentions in one term at Cumnock Academy. Albeit that was 10 years ago.
Considering the state of the school that was some going.
