They do, they just are very reluctant and then complain a lot

By the way, hypothetical question. You're 22. You love your gf, and nothing at all is wrong with the relationship. But part of you wants to have sex with other girls, which in a way is natural at 22 years old. This girlfriend though, is so perfect she feels like you'd genuinely want to marry her and she is absolutely crazy about you too. What do you do? Live the rest of your life occasionally feeling like you missed out on lots of casual sex (or at least until things mess up somehow), carry on knowing that overall you're far more fulfilled with her than anyone else bar the odd bit of shallowoness, or is there another option? Seeing as I didn't get in the club tonight it's not really an issue for the next few days, tho!

i suggest you just cheat on her wildly and if you get caught so be it but if you get away with it(which is the more likely scenario) then you have the best of boast of both worlds

I'd say enjoy the relationship while it lasts, you'll have sex with other girls once its over with this one. I have a hard time believing in lifelong relationships nowadays.
