I turned it on (lights are working) ... turned the TV on, heard the game load, yet, theres no picture. I've checked all wires are correctly plugged in, and i've even tried it on two other TV's, but to no avail. Its HD TV with the subsequent HD cable for the PS3, so i dont understand why it wont show.
Mentioning that makes me not want to help you, but regardless. Make sure you're TV's set up etc. Did the PS3 work at all when you've put in the SD or HD cables?
If you've tried it on other TV's an no pic is that pointing to your PS3 being screwed? Is there a setting that you can view with other cables to see if there is a menu option to ensure those connections are enabled?

Its doesnt work with any cables. But its just the picture. I can hear the game loading in the machine. I would assume it was a PS3 setting, except that, if it was, i would be able to see the screen on one of the cable modes to be able to change it.
