Just plug in any game which isnt Sonic 2 or Sonic 3 and press A + B + C + Start and it'll come up. Apparently you only get the full version of it if you plug in Sonic 1 but I only ever used Sonic 1 so I wouldnt know.

Yes, back then the only button I really used was the shoot on goal/two-handed push. Lots of bicycle kick goals from midfield :cool:
