Living and working in the north east of Scotland as an apprentice builder, there was light snow the other day, made me think, what do we do in the winter? Say its snowing/grounds covered in snow so builders go home? Will i do what i normally do when they go home - do random clearing up jobs or will we get sent home? What about other trades aswel, plasterers and joiners would be ok to work if they are inside but what about the rest? Is my first winter so dont really know.
When its raining builders cant work effectivly so i assume its the same for snow. And how many days do builders go home because of the snow? Any other trade do the same? Stop being sarcastic, extra coat haha, id love to see you out building 9 and a half hours a day, even with an extra coat on!! *****!!

Take turns on another random sheep in the next field to keep warm ?
I know some of the builders around here get sent home if they can`t do the job to the required standard due to bad weather.
